NATIVE038 — Privacy and Local Data Inventory

Source-side work now classifies browser-profile, cache, Mission, evidence, diagnostic, download, policy, and support data. It establishes explicit exclusions preventing cookies, tokens, credentials, authorization headers, browser-storage dumps, and other secret material from entering evidence or support output.
